Usage and compatibility
The frame can be used in either portrait or landscape orientation, making it a versatile addition to any room. Media transfer is straightforward: connect the device to a Windows or Mac computer via the Type-C port, then place videos into the VIDEO folder and photos into the PIC folder. Note that 1:1 formats are not supported; uploads must be full horizontal (16:9) or full vertical (9:16) to match the selected display format.
Video playback supports files up to 800MB each, with automatic looping for 2–3 hours after a full charge. Direct playback starts when the frame is powered on, and a photo or photo-plus-video mix will begin playing automatically.
